The new Ram 3500 has many of the same powerplants as the new Ram 2500, but with specialized tuning and more towing tech, the new Ram 3500 improves their overall towing capacity.

For example, with the 6.4-liter HEMI® V8 engine, the new Ram 3500 can tow up to 18,210 pounds. That's more than enough brawn to tow most loaded full-size flatbed trailers.

As for the 6.7-liter CUMMINS® Turbo Diesel engine, it can tow up to 22,670 pounds on the Ram 3500, allowing it to tow most fifth-wheel camper trailers.

Of course, for the ultimate in towing power, the newly available high-output 6.7-liter CUMMINS® Turbo Diesel engine takes the cake. With the ability to tow up to 37,090 pounds, the new Ram 3500 can move fully loaded livestock trailers, 5th wheel gooseneck trailers, and so much more.
